Gemma has spent time working within agencies as both a senior manager and freelancer and on a wide variety of projects.

These have included setting marketing strategy, branding and concept work, website and web development projects including extranets, e-commerce sites, web and email marketing, advertising, below the line, POS, packaging implementation projects, copywriting and research.
